The team is super friendly and always listens to our feedback.
We have integrate it with our CRM to have a tracking of all the conversation that we have with our customers.
The platform is pretty recent so there are some features that are missing, but this is largely compensate by the fact that the team is always improving the tool

The user interface is friendly, especially that its use by customer service and sales team, so it helps them to be more efficient

The great thing is that it is a platform that is very easy to use, very intuitive and maintains the organic characteristics of the original network, for example, you can send audio, multimedia on Whatsapp.
On the other hand, whenever we have any doubts, the support people answer you right away and follow up on you.
That it can be integrated with Hubspot and Shopify also makes it much easier to access certain information.
And finally, one of the things that I love about the platform is that in the time I've been using it, you can see the evolution in its functionalities, the constant improvements and that the people behind it are very attentive to the user experience.
Capable of lack of information such as a report with data but I imagine it will arrive soon
Basically we received many messages from Instagram, Facebook, Google, mainly and it was a mess to keep track of who responded to those requests, with Rasayel we have that fully organized, we leave internal notes between people on the team with the necessary information and we can give a much faster and more efficient response in a timely manner.
Easy and fast setup, it took us less than 10 mins to get it up and running.
It didn't integrate with our CRM from the get go, however we managed to do it manually via API

We added 2 Whatsapp support numbers, chats from Instagram and Facebook, and the profiles of our partners, so if you are a Customer Succes agency, this is the dope.
The other cool thing is that we are experimenting with Google Business chat, and we are selling a lot using this channel! Almost nobody knows, but it is a jewel that we are taking advantage of.
The lack of dashboard, but we are solving this with the OpenGraph API, so is not a big deal.
Fast and opportunistic support for our clients. Features like hyperlinks, connections with Hubspot, keep some kind of anchor with the most important messages, and talk with our customers as we were on the actual platform (Whatsapp, Instagram, etc.)

Easy to manage multiple channels at the same time. Setup takes a couple of hours tops.
. The product is relatively new, but the team is very much on top of all the fixes and new improvements.

I use this app for sales, customer support, and engagement also I can send messages and can do communication, launch campaigns, create workflows, and build chatbots with Rasayel.
I don't like it's pricing and integration with other platforms is limited.
Communication with customer is easy now like sending messages to the contacts individually or in bulk, using templates or custom content is beast and great future of this app

The User Interface of Rasayel is a bit hard to understand for new users and difficult to navigate. I dislike the fact that the Rasayel dashboard is quite clutered and hard to overview

Rasayel is a very easy to use platform once you get to know how it works. Their customer support is great and always ready to help and give you real answers to your questions. Integration with Hubspot was super easy. We use Rasayel on a daily basis, and we dont have any issues with it so far.
Reaching out to customers ia templates is not ideal, and some templates gets rejected by Meta (nothing to do with rasayel platform).
We couldnt find a platform that integrates with Hubspot easily, and the ability of our staff to use a platform with an admin view to management.
