There is a long lead time to get a system up and running. While necessary, I think it may be a little excessive.
Make sure you have your expectations both realistic to your needs and capabilities. Oprymyze is very good at making sure your needs are met, however, you have to have a game plan in advance of collaborating with them.

Its interface is quite easy to understand, in a matter of a few minutes I was able to understand in a simple way all the necessary fundamentals to manage with this application in a fairly fast and simple way, in addition to that it has helped me greatly to improve several internal processes of the company where I work, since I am the manager in the systems part and they always ask me to find accessible solutions to solve any performance problem that exists and Optymyze has given me good results so far in all areas in the ones that I have used (administration, sales, customer service, marketing ...)
The analytical data they present is quite complete, however I think they could have a better distribution so that the reports are more user-friendly to look at.
Mainly to help the automation of various areas in the company where I work, since as a systems manager they live looking for me to solve problems quickly, efficiently and economically and so far I can do all this with Optymyze without any kind of inconvenience.
I like how in depth Optymyze is when it comes to breaking down my commission. I can go in and sort several different ways between pure revenue, connects, company incentives, etc.
Optymyze has a lot of features that other commission tools like Synergy doesn’t have. But, it can be very confusing if you don’t know how to navigate the website. While it has great options for viewing different parts of your commission, I think a more sleek GUI would pair well.
Optymyze helps me keep up with my sales each month. I can go in and see exact connect dates, cancellations, how I’m stacked against my competitors, and total payout. I have used my ranking and stack performance tool to improve my sales.
You can view your bonus payout, and it is supposed to have some nice reporting features.
It is "down" a lot, the robust reporting capabilities are a little lack luster for the end user. My compensation or management may love it but it seems to be more hype than substance.
If you are going to implement, make sure your end users get properly trained.
It is supposed to provide up to date bonus payout and allow for "What if " scenarios. I have not realized any benefits.
Seeing what sales are credited vs non-credited during the month vs after the month is closed. Having a consistent way of disputing non-credited sales.
If a person hasn't been trained in the application, it might be hard to understand. It is down sometimes at the beginning of the month. There is a portfolio data portion that needs to be updated it has been over a month and no portfolio data has been added, I don't know if it is Optymyze or our guys. Also if it isn't integrated up front either. I think my main beef is with how our lead3rship rolled it out.
Personally ever since it went live in my department, my team has had to file disputes and wait months to get them approved. So it has not been positive for me, I am sure they are great guys.
I am the end user, so it has solved the way I would dispute by non-credited sales, by doing the dispute during the month than waiting until after the month is closed. Probably for management, it is another tool with awesome reports.
