We moved to Optix from a competitor because the system was not suitable for our business. Optix has solved all the issues we faced previously and has made the running and management of our coworking space a pleasant experience for both us and our members. If we ever have any issues, concerns or questions, the customer service team is on hand and can't do enough to help. From the very first contact, the Optix customer service team has been fantastic. They get to know you and your business, and that understanding helps them to tailor the experience. They are always on hand to speak to us, even with a difference in time zones, we know they will respond as soon as they can. The system was relatively simple to set up and deploy and our users find it easy to use and navigate. Overall we really like using Optix and can definitely see how it's benefitted our business.
There are some features that would improve our experience with Optix, but since we've started using Optix, we have seen lots of new features introduced. It continues to improve and grow and I'm sure the little niggles of the missing features will soon be rectified.
Optix helps us manage our space effectively meaning we can offer our members a seamless experience when booking and using our space. Where previously we had issues with invoicing, Optix makes the whole process easy and manageable. Our members like to app and how intuitive it is.
Its very intuitive and easy to use. All our user were very satisfied with the Application
The cellular app doesn't support some features neede as admin.
It allows multiple users to manage limited resources easly and intuitively
It helps our team manage new leads, CRM, and reporting.
Not enough inetergration with 3rd party companies.
It reduces the needs for CRM, invoicing, sales, invoicing, and project management cost into one.
That I can communicate effectively with members/team. The customer support is super efficient and responsive. I use Optix every day and find it a must have in my day to day. No matter how many changes my schedule has, Optix is aways great to refer to. It has been very easy to use and has integrated well into my working day.
I haven't found a dislike so far! It is very easy to use!
Scheduling! It has made scheduling very easy to maintain. I check in every morning to see what my day looks like and continue to do so on a regular basis. It allows me to differentiate between bookings such as Childminding, Hot Desks and Meeting Rooms!
I love using Optics as a one-stop shop for everything from invoicing and billing to community engagement. I can easily disseminate announcements and reach my entire community through integrations!
Integrating optics can be a little challenging, depending on which platform you are integrating with. Specifically, integrating with MailChimp can be difficult. However, most of the trigger issues that arise during integration are on the MailChimp side, rather than with the optics app. Overall, there's not much to dislike about optics.
Optix is an excellent tool for scheduling that makes the entire process quick and easy for our users. With this platform, users can easily manage their schedules themselves, and we can keep track of everything we need to know about how they are booking their time. Previously, we faced issues with people booking hours that they didn't have access to, but with Optics, we no longer encounter such problems.
We have been customers of Optix for the last 5 years on a daily usage basis, and it has been a dire part of transforming our flexible rental offerings for our Salon. The user-interface makes navigating the app easy and the reservation process seamless for our users. The level of customization the platform offers allows us to fit the look and feel to our specific brand. I love the in app messaging as it allows our users to contact us straight from the app for any questions/concerns and allows us to easily respond.
The quality of the customer service team is flawless. They respond pretty quick and are very detailed in assisting with questions or helping find a resolution. Optix really takes the time to listen to feedback and are always evolving their platform adding more features and benefits for the users/admin teams. There is nothing out there like Optix that could add value to our business like their platform has.
There is really nothing to dislike. They listen and evaluate their platform based off feedback.
The flexibility for our users to be able to reserve hair spaces, as needed, same-day, or in advace allows us to make our business model different from others. The ability to create plan templates and the visual analytical export option, saves us time so we can focus our energy elsewhere.
There are too many things to list here. The beautifully clean design, the incredible feature set, the thougtful approach to literally every solution that they've rolled out, the ever expanding assortment of features and integrations with other great companies, the amazing team and their increidble support. There is too much to like.
I am struggling to think of a single thing I don't like about Optix. Potentially the only possibly negative interaction that I've ever had with Optix was before I actually signed up as a customer. I wanted to try the platform out for free and this was not in alignment with their policies, I was frustrated about this but ultimately decided to just take a leap and sign up, I am SO glad that I did. They were right to be strict about this policy.
Every problem of space and member management, events, billing, etc.
As an administrator, the interface is really beautiful, user-friendly, and intuitive to maneuver! We used the admin dashboard daily to keep an eye on room bookings, member check-ins, invoicing, and making announcements to members (via the app and and easy checkbox to also send via email). The billing/invoice view is also very easy to filter and you can see instantly on a page view (or set notifications to email you) as to whether credit card payments were successful or declined. It's also very important for us to require a payment method be kept on file, and having that feature as one that can be toggled on during our onboarding of new members is critical to our operations. There is also a widget for your website, that can allow room booking directly connected to the software. There are really so many features, that I'm sure I'm forgetting to mention a few simple but useful options.
I do wish the Admin Dashboard was more responsive in design to being viewed from a mobile phone. Currently, it is only viewable from a desktop/laptop view.

Optix is you can think as a customisable mobile app that makes admin and teams view manage all stuff related to the workplace altogether. Smart next generation view of your surroundings. E.g meeting rooms availability, your team mates meeting calendar, events, cafeteria stuff etc as per the requirement
I just want organization's to go more smart in terms of workplace with apps like optix sooner which is least prioritized zone in the business today
Just people need more awareness of optix like more marketing may help , just a suggestion though

Wish the app was a little more customizable, but it's overall clean & easy to use so I really can't complain!
