What do you like best about Mediahawk?

Mediahawk's customer service is second to none; they truly go the extra mile, prompt and exact with their replies and friendly at the same time.

There is no small task they wouldn't do. This year, they have helped us with our DPIA processes, providing all the information and support we needed, clarifying details, etc.

they also work closely with our media agency to ensure that tracking and reporting are aligned and precise.

What do you dislike about Mediahawk?

I honestly cannot think of anything; every single person in any team is on the ball and provide us with the best possible advice at all times.

Recommendations to others considering Mediahawk:

Look no further if you are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and professional team in tracking and systems.

They are top of their game, reliable and knwoledgeable. I have been using their services since 2011 at different organisations as I found them supportive and perfect for what our organisation and team needs.

What problems is Mediahawk solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Mediahawk to track our static and dynamic calls from the website as well as from campaigns (digital and traditional). We are also gaining insight into social media referrals and understanding our clients' journey across all channels to tag and analyse.

The reporting has been updated on their system, which allows us to gain high-level and deep insight into our campaigns, Always On campaigns, and other activities.

"Great customer service"
What do you like best about Mediahawk?

I find mediahawk's client services team and account management excellent. They are extremely responsive and are very willing to do one to one training as well as group sessions with the wider team.

The programme itself is easy to use and a fantastic tool to help measure our ROI across marketing activities.

What do you dislike about Mediahawk?

No distinct downsides. When pulling detailed reports for multiple sites the PDF reports can sometimes appear a little squashed and not detail the name of the site you are looking at, which can sometimes become confusing.

What problems is Mediahawk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Understanding our ROI in more detail.

"The best call tracking software"
What do you like best about Mediahawk?

The call tracking feature of Mediahawk is great. You can track all the phone calls from ads which is a great thing. And the integration of it with the good AdSense definitely makes things better. So I would suggest someone to use this software for the business purpose.

What do you dislike about Mediahawk?

The thing I hate is that sometimes it doesn't show information of some callers. However, that's a minor issue but coming to the overall performance that's peanuts.

What problems is Mediahawk solving and how is that benefiting you?

I do solve the problem of accessing the customer data easy. The integration of it with the Google is an other benefit which I like about this software.

That it was easy to see the attribution of each source, however it wasn't great in terms of pricing

The dynamic number pricing was quite expensive in terms of features and offering the service for our clients

What do you like best about Mediahawk?

I'm able to track which blog posts are best at encouraging people to pick up the phone and enquire. From this I can alter what I write about in the future.

What do you dislike about Mediahawk?

Setting up can be complicated and costs can really rack up if you need more numbers.

Recommendations to others considering Mediahawk:

There are other companies on the market that provide a similar service and with better support.

What problems is Mediahawk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Calls are so much more personal and effective than emails and even social media. Plus it's not so easy to call a number from a mobile directly off a webpage and people will always do what's easiest for them. This means I can track every incoming communication, not just social and email.
