Loconav's platform is easy to implement and use, while also providing the required data in a clear & concise format. The platform was easy to integrate and navigate, with minimal training required, a benefit considering the high volume of vehicles in operation and frequency of platform use. It comes with many features that allow us to reduce costs, highlighting instances of idling, speeding, harsh driving behaviors, etc. Furthermore, their customer support team is proactive in sorting out any queries raised.

Minimal downsides, if any. The app could be made a bit more user friendly.

Dislike-At times, the app feels a bit sluggish, impacting the overall user experience. Enhancing the app's speed and responsiveness would significantly contribute to a smoother and more efficient navigation process. I hope this aspect can be addressed in future updates for an even more seamless user experience.

Like the Vehicle Tracking Services, Customer Support Team. Mobile Application UI is user-friendly.

Sometimes Location tracking service is slow and gives inaccurate outputs.

I have never faced any issue with Loconav as the software performs very well. The only thing that I can suggest is to improve the presentation of reports available on the dashboard.
