I am so thankful that LeadFamly has made it easier to grow and better understand our customer base. The platform itself is easy to navigate as well and very user friendly.

I wish I track our customers' activity on other platforms to gain further insight into their behavior but I understand this is not what Leadfamly is designed to do.

The software offers many different game concepts that can be used for marketing purposes. This diversity makes it a great tool for different types of campaigns.

The learning curve is quite steep! It lets you code the campaign yourself, and it takes some time to learn how to do so correctly. The software has so many functions so a solid introduction video would be a great idea.

The gamification aspect saves our marketing team a lot of time conceptualizing - it's an easy way to create something fun for the customer. We have seen higher engagement on campaigns using these features.

It has multiple options based on marketing concepts.

Customization is less since it was some prefixed parameters.

Good reach to potential clients through those concepts.

Leads are managed so well that you meed not search any pending or unworked leads. All the data is there in the dashboard.

There could have been a functionality to accept email answers from the existing customers
