The ease of use - from finding to rewarding a colleague - was outstanding.

The software made the process very simple, but also extremely effective. Myself, as well as most of my colleagues, felt that our efforts were seen, ultimately making us happier at work.

I can't say I encountered anything I disliked about JobPts, although I was just an end-user and not an administrator.

Employees in larger organizations may feel that their efforts aren't noticed by their managers. With JobPts, you - as an employee - are shown clearly that your work matters to a colleague and/or a manager.

Yes, the platform is beautiful, easy to use and very modern. Still, the real reason I have loved transitioning our organization to JobPts is the customer service and support we receive from the Customer Success team. A fantastic experience over all.

The engineering team has been able to change anything we have disliked with JobPts.

Aleksandra was very helpful in resolving an inquiry in a timely manner when the timeframe was quite tight. She was very patient along the way and did not give up on finding a solution, even when it seemed unlikely it existed. Greatly appreciated the customer support I received!

My perspective from user side : it's easy to use, have a very nice UI .... very intuitive and have a very good sequence, you know how advance a review the available options choose the incentive. Other important feature it's related with the balances, that you could validate how much "appreciation" do you have, and this it's important because it's very stimulating

I could not find any feature that can be classify in this category. I know that a point to improve could be integration with incentives solutions, for example if sombedoy reach a goal and earn points, send that amount of points from that system to JobPts. I'm not sure if already existe.

Easy to use, simple to learn and fast learning curve to use.

The may problem it's keep people incentive and motivated. using JobPts is the right tool to do that, now it's more comples for the different concept about "rewards" or incentives, that this "mecahism" it's very innovative and people like it..... On my case I save my rewards to buy books, redeem points on e-cards.

I like how easy it is to send an appreciation / recognition to my peers. Somehow I know it is a great way to motivate them to even do their work better!

It is so easy to convert points from received rewards as well which is an equally good way to motivate me.

Having used JobPts for a number of years now as part of our Global "Appreciate' programme, I am amazed and inspired by its simplicity and capabilities. The mobile app is especially easy to use and great for making someone feel appreciated when on the go. Simple notes and awards can be selected in a very easy to follow UI.

There are a lot of vendors to choose from to redeem your points against however this list could grow bigger and bring on some more shops to spend points...

Employee recognition and rewards are easy with JobPts. Inspire and engage your staff members with a very simple yet effective tool. Finding a good app online that also connects into a leading HRIS platform to ensure the employee experience can be challenging - not with JobPts! It's also local to our market here in Australia which makes redeeming points in local shops very easy - even Ebay!

I am both a user of JobPts and someone who is positioning the solution for customers. A really super and engaging user experience combined with a highly engaging platform to deliver recognition and appreciation.

Great solution

Instant recognition for peers and colleagues

The UI and UX is very intuitive and easy. I appreciate the gamification portion where it encourages me to appreciate colleagues to increase my rank. I can also see where I sit amongst my peers and organization.

In addition, I like being able to see a feed of appreciations being sent out, it further encourages people to appreciate each other. The process of selecting an award is very easy as well.

Lastly - the process of appreciating colleagues is easy and ties it back to our culture.

There isn't a specific mobile app at this point, it would allow me to easy appreciate and manage my profile on the go.

If you're a global company with over 10,000 employees, JobPts is a great and intuitive tool to encourage appreciation and recognition.

It is very nice the variety of awards available.

Some vouchers has limitations of amount, so it's needed to get many voucher to achieve the desireble amount.
