This software has improved our customer services since its constantly being updated to new hotel services. It is user friendly and navigating through various modules is simple

A excellent product, it'stable, and all the features are easy to use, it's one of the best pms I've tried.

Besides hotello it's very user friendly and has a great costumer service.

it has not a free trial, it's a bit expansive for a small company, it's not natively cloud.

sometimes it crashes and one time we lost a lot of work.

In my daily task as eCommerce Manager, I need to pull-out a tremendous amount of data to get a clear picture of the upcoming days/weeks and months in terms of On-the-book, Forecasted, YTD, YOY datas.

Hotello Property Management systems does have numerous reports that analyses and populate the requiered information in a first step to efficiently Yield Manage your rates and inventory.

Hotello has a Yield Management Module that makes the Yield (Pricing and Restriction) more easy and fast.

Excellent customer service by the way and focused on improving the software according the trends of the market. Hotello is constantly evolving which makes it never outdated in terms of what an Hotelier needs to efficiently accomplish his daily management.

Also, the H Market View features is extremly helpful when the time comes to send a new emailing campaign and/or target a specific audience for a specific event in town (ex: Grand Prix F1, Valentine's Day, etc.).

The Software would definitively gain in value if this PMS would advance its Revenue Management feature.

It would be amazing if the Software would have the capacity to generate suggestions for rates and inventory.

E.g, a new feature which not even would recommend a specific rate based on STLY/Comp Set ARI analysis/City Outlier/Comp Set compression/Forecasted Room Revenue, but also will recommend inventory management based on the On-the-book/Forecasted Booking/Remaining Demand.

Hotello est un excellent PMS, convivial et performant. Le service à la clientèle et leur équipe au support technique est plus qu'efficace.

Il serait très bénéfique d'avoir un plus de rapport pour le module banquet et un module de Revenue Management plus développé.

Programme efficace et indispensable à notre travail quotidien. Que ça soit pour les réservations, les arrivés, les départs, les ventes, les statistiques ou autres opération relier à notre établissement, Hotello est toujours là pour nous. La variété d'informations que nous pouvons avoir accès à l'intérieur du système, la facilité d'utilisation, le support à la clientèle exceptionnel et le programme est complet.

Devrait améliorer le système de coupons, de forfait et de la boutique.

It is a very good product to optimize everything related to marketing, make a history of your customers. It is very powerful, modern and compatible with any product you already use in your business

I like that it is user friendly and is not as expensive as other hotel software

I do not believe it it as sofisticated as Opera, however, for the price difference it is efficient.
