Build Better Territories
The product is flexible and reliable. The best part of Fullcast, which sets them apart from their competitors are their people. They feel like an extension of our business. They are responsive and take care of our needs just like someone who is on the internal team.
I have not found any downsides of using fullcast.io to date. We use it for routing on multiple objects and are expanding all the time. We even have some teams managing their own routing, which is amazing.
The flexibility of routing is much more user froendly than standard Salesforce routing. We can easily round robin, route based on criteria and region. It is very helpful with our territory / sales planning efforts. We also use their services for case management, which has worked out really well.
The partnership with the Fullcast team was essential as they acted as an extension of our Ops team. They helped with best practices, enabled users, and understood our strategy.
The product has come a long way, but at times slowed us down.
We worked with Fullcast to build out our global territory management initiative. Their system allowed us to efficiently balance our account assignments and move quickly to get feedback from front-line sales leaders.
What I am most grateful about working with Fullcast.io the last three years is not just its robust technology, but also the exceptional team supporting it. The platform's advanced range of features matched with their dedicated and knowledgeable team makes an unbeatable combination that has dramatically enhanced our efficiency.
No one can solve all the problems a GTM team faces (and often creates themselves), but this tech and team take on a lot of them (and us)! There is no Fairy Godmother with a magic wand in this game. Fullcast is the closest thing we can get to a partner who grants us all our wishes
Hyper growth SaaS operations on a budget: speed to lead, accounts matching, account hierarchy management, smart territory balancing, large scale case routing and management. Our Sales Operations team alone would need to double in size and manage all of the above in spreadhseets if we didn't have Fullcast.
I use Fullcast primarily for Account Assignments. The number of Account re-assignment cases I recieve has reached an all time low, thanks to Fullcast.
Whether a new rep is coming onboard, or moving onto their next Journey, it only takes a few clicks to have the right AE's, BDR's, SE's & CSMs assigned. The Fullcast team I have the opportunity to work with on a weekly basis go above and beyond to help anytime I am in need of assistance. They will often reach to notify me about a potential problem before it even occurs (Shoutout to Sunny Rupani & Tyler Simons).
The platform could be more user friendly to someone without a technical background. For example, in-order to set multiple rules for a Territory Node, you will need to be Semi-fluent in JavaScript Object Notation. (That's more of a Me problem though).
Prior to Fullcast, my company was exporting accounts from Salesforce to an Excel Sheet, and importing new account assignments via Workbench. With Fullcast this is done automatically using based on pre-set rules to get the accounts in the right place, at the right time.
- UI Platform is easy to use outside of SFDC
- Connects to SFDC easily
- Awesome technical customer support
- Okta SSO Enabled
- Process Builder needed for integration to SFDC
- Platform UI could use an update to increase efficiency
Lead Routing to BDR/AE team based on advanced policy logic
Easy to use visual mapping feature that provided the ability to build territories from the country, state, zip code levels. The ability to move named accounts from one territory to another and model what that change will impact prior to committing to the change.
The dashboard is suitable for high-level analysis of territory coverage and metrics, but it's a bit clunky when you try to layer multiple dimensions to one report/dashboard.
Single source platform to build territories while providing a real-time view of the impact of the proposed territory changes to sales leadership before committing to the changes.
Fullcast.io is its ability to provide a comprehensive, all-in-one solution for Go-to-Market (GTM) planning and sales operations management. By consolidating multiple functions and tools into a single platform, Fullcast.io makes it easier for companies to manage their GTM strategy and sales operations in one place. Fullcast.io uses AI-driven scenario modeling to help companies make better business decisions.
Fullcast.io is a powerful platform with many features, and as a result, it may take some time to learn and navigate. This could be a disadvantage for smaller companies with limited resources or teams that are new to GTM planning. Fullcast.io is a premium platform, and its pricing may be prohibitive for some companies. While the cost may be justified for larger organizations, smaller companies may find it difficult to justify the investment.
Fullcast.io is primarily designed to solve problems related to Go-to-Market (GTM) planning and sales operations management. Fullcast.io helps to streamline sales operations by offering features like territory management, routing, and quota setting.
Fullcast's ability to adapt to our business needs has been top-notch. Our territory management and segmentation is complicated and has gone through many iterations, but the implementation guidance from Bryan at Fullcast has been great. We've scoped out nuances to our book building that we'd never previously done and the automation of assignment makes future management something we don't have to worry about. I really like the Metrics features which allow us to create specific attributes to build our books around, and these metrics can be calculated directly within Fullcast or pulled in from our CRM.
Finally, the support from the team at Fullcast has been very solid. Highly communicative and available when we need them. Always willing to hop on a call and walkthrough questions or provide guidance on best practices.
The things I dislike typically relate to the data challenges of our CRM. We don't have all the items available and in the right format in order to use them as inputs for our territory criteria which means we have to get creative on how we solution. This is more of an issue internally than with Fullcast, however. Still, sometimes we hit an impasse and have decided not to use an attribute for this round of territory creation.
We previously managed territories in spreadsheets with inputs from various systems. Fullcast gives us a single location to house and manage our sales rep territories and enables us to empower sales leaders to 'own' their book of business. We don't have many resources in our RevOps team, so distributing the workload across the groups allows us to scale better. Furthermore, visibility has always been a challenge, and this provides an easy-to-use and understandable format for reps and managers.
I like the tools it has to help me manage where accounts are assigned and the integration with SalesForce.
Some process flows are not intuitive, there is a learning curve.
Fullcast allows us to move out of Google Sheets for planning and it's great that the system directly connects with SalesForce.

The Territory Planning and Management module is very easy to learn, implement and use. It helps remove substantial manual work that typically comes with managing Territories such as ad-hoc adjustments and assignment changes. What's more, Fullcast's customer support and account management is excellent.
The lead routing module is not as easy to use as Territory management.
I love the vision of Fullcast. There are a number of common, critical business processes that Rev Ops owns that typically require a lot of custom SFDC work and/or manual work by analysts. Fullcast helps automate all of these in one platform that can be managed by one person.
