What is helpful with Forma.AI is the fact that it is so customizable. You can add and remove tables/metrics that are relevant to you without any issue. It gives in-depth analysis with simple to read tables. Love it!
There is not much that I dislike to be honest. The log-in is simple and the information displayed is as you make it.
Finding out how to add/remove certain metrics might be the only thing that catches people if they aren't the explorative type.
Giving transparency into what is required regarding KPI's, and the qualifications needed to fulfill milestones and incentives. It benefits me by giving me timeline that allows me to set realistic expectations.
I love the ease of use as well as the general layout. It's easy to use, easy to read and understand, and it helps me to keep up-to-date on what my account looks like.
The main area I'd like to see improvement, and it might be at the end of Salesforce (I'm not quite certain) would be the time it takes to sync the results from Salesforce into Forma.ai.
The best area/problem trying to solve would be understanding where we are (Customer Success Managers) are currently sitting in regard to our compensation plans for the current year.

They have given our sales team real-time visibility into their performance with their easy to navigate dashboards. Helped us create a compensation plan that maximizes each rep's potential while minimizing the business's risk.
I don't have anything that I dislike about Forma.ai. The data structure set up in our initial implementation seems to be a bit rigid, but the Dev and Ops team are great at coming up with ideas for improvements and working through any issues that do arise.
