As a production company, Eventee is, modern, clean and efficient and our clients love it. It's easy for us to roll out for each event and we can get the basics up and running in minutes while also allowing enough deeper customisation to make each event feel unique. The inclusion of the mobile app as well is a great bonus and helps to bridge the gap between virtual and in-person audiences. I also feel that the price point is very competitive when compared to other platforms we researched. Customer support is also a stand-out point for us, whenever we have a question we get a quick response and the team goes out of their way to help. When it comes to virtual platforms, we only recommend Eventee.

Eventee is an off-the-shelf product, so it might not be suitable for advanced users wanting deep customisation options.

Provides an easy meeting portal for promoting an event accross the globe with little or no technical skills

The Eventee App has been the perfect tool for our Annual Leadership Conference. It is easy to use, a very simple yet advanced design and their pricing is VERY competivitive. The support and customer service is the real star though! Anytime we need support, even with the time difference, they were very quick and responsive. If they aren't able to accomodate our request, they were still very eager to learn more from us so that they could potentially utilize that in future updates to the app. Super helpful team and company. You can tell that it is a newer app, but with the updates that they have made just since 2022, their potential and growth is exciting and innovative. We didn't think twice when we decided to book them again for our next Conference, and we are excited to see what else they roll out before then!

Honestly, there has not been any super big downsides to Eventee. We have loved it. If we did have to choose something, it may just be the ability to not switch from "Stage" mode to more of a "Day-to-Day" look, but we were able to work around that and make it work for our needs.

Nothing. Maybe we should consider (for next event) if administrator can see the complete guest overview (guest who attend, to contact then) especially when there are side-event, to check final guest number, to be prepared.

And I also do not know if there is possibility to use the app for facilitate the registrational process during welcome phase on site (maybe just scan barcode, any signature...).

I've used several event APP programs but this is by far the best from a support standpoint. Uploading content when creating the site is easy. The APP itself is intuitive and easy to use.

The way the event schedule is displayed could be improved but I've found very few Apps have easy-to-read schedules on a mobile device.

Eventee provided an APP for conference delegates. We are moving away from printed programs and the APP is helping us reach that goal.

It has been a pleasure using the Eventee platform. The ergonomics of the app made it simple for me to build everything I needed without much additional support. When I did need support, the Eventee team were exceptionally quicky to respond. Eventee was excellent value for money, it gave our event the edge to stand out from other events. One of the best features was being able to quickly change the programme and send a push notification to the attendees to inform them of the change.

When I use Eventee for the next event, I want to ensure I take fuller advantage of the networking functionality. I'd like to release the app to my delegates earlier and have them submitting questions and networking with one-another more.

Eventee cut down on my print costs, allowing me to print fewer delegate guides. Importantly, when a last-minute change to the programme occured, I was able to rectify this simply and quickly with Eventee. Whereas the delegate guides had already been printed and needed to have a supplement added to each one in order to inform the delegate of the change. Eventee helped me to gather more feedback about my event.

It makes setting up an event website and communicating with attendees, sponsors, and organizers so easy

We are certainly using only a small fraction of Eventee's feature set, and it's just been invaluable so far.

I love it - the whole team loves it - we really appreciate all the effort that's gone into making this amazing service!

Great support whenever I need any help. Also the UX of the app is really nice and there is basically every tool that we need for our conference BIM Open that we organize.
