customer service

I asked for help to the customer service because I needed to change a reservation and they replied quickly and found a solution to my problem. I was not aware the car rental I had reserved from was far away from the train station and they found one very near the station.

The people on the phone are always so friendly, kind and helpful, and knowledgeable. The people factor is what matters the most in most businesses and Egencia has that taken care of :) Thank you! And of course the system works just fine, I have booked many times via them.

What do you like best about Egencia?

Egencia has an easy interface to use that made my first experience simple and quick to complete. My travel plans created on Egencia perfectly matched the experience in reality.

What do you dislike about Egencia?

Nothing at all! It would however be great to have some incentives offered for users of the site that could be of personal benefit during trips booked, possibly a points incentive scheme that could be exchanged for meals, or future benefits?

Egencia removes the need for a department or dedicated staff responsible for business travel bookings. It also gives staff the flexibility to make and change travel bookings as and when variations in plans take place.

What do you like best about Egencia?

What I liked the best regarding Egencia, was how quick and easy the process was to make a car reservation. The customer service agent just asked me where and the dates that I was looking to rent a car. She did the leg work and research. This saved me time and frustration had I done this on my own.

What do you dislike about Egencia?

Better friendly customer service would be great feedback for the company. It seemed the person I spoke to felt like I was bothering her.

What problems is Egencia solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have no problems that I need to be solved with Egencia. The great discount I got for a week car rental, the pickup and return was easy peasy. Also what was great I used my debit card and didn't have to pay a deposit. Just total cost of the car rental...Our company rocks and gives us employees wonderful discounts and benefits.

What do you like best about Egencia?

I like that egencia is a one stop shop for my travel. It allows me to book a flight, car, hotels and even trains.

What do you dislike about Egencia?

Just that cancelation has to be done at the airlines which I think is always the case. But I guess it would be better if it can be done through Egencia

What problems is Egencia solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is highly recommended for busy people. Not only you can book your trip and hotels but they also have travel advisor, it tells you what you need to prepare for your travel. It is an end to end travel management solution!
