The knowledge DoctorLogic houses allows us to stay a step ahead of the competition without getting bogged down in the technology. We're able to focus on providing patients with exceptional care confident everything from our Google Ads, organic rankings, mobile responsiveness, ability to easily convert is working just as it should. Our account manager is always accessible, happy to answer any of our questions and consistently provides actionable advice so that our online presence is never stagnant. We know we always have a team of real people who genuinely care about our success.

We've found very little to dislike about Doctorlogic. If anything, I would say the initial copywriting for the website was a little clunky and less conversational than we would have liked however we were able to easily work through this.

Nearly all components of our online presence have been enhanced including the gathering and sharing of reviews, contact pages, galleries, blog/article writing, posting. We've seen an astronomical increase in both conversions and page views since we went live with Doctorlogic. Our conversion rate is nearly 20% and we average 50 conversions a day.

My favorite thing about DoctorLogic is their willingness to share their knowledge. They not only help by doing it for us, they help us to understand why and what they are doing. The periodic performance calls are much appreciated, as I prefer to be kept in the loop with how we are doing and ways to improve.

I have not had any problems with DoctorLogic, so far.

DoctorLogic saves my staff and myself a ton of time, plus they have the know-how to get the job done correctly. They are not afraid to let me know what is working for my office and for the things that may not work, we can come up with ideas together.

I like that I can ask advice. The are nationwide so I can find out what is working in other markets

I would like a bit more pro activity with suggestions. I feel like I need to ask for suggestions that will help as opposed to being offered recommendations.

Possibly a quarterly call about recommendations, improvements, what is working in other regions, any upcoming improvements,etc.

Covid has been tough on all of us. It was especially scary to come up with messaging that was not insensitive to the situation, but we still need to bring money in. I was more confident in these decision with the DL team behind me.

Our account manager Corey Azore, has been extremely helpful. He is very responsive, innovative, and great at taking what we need and putting it into place.

I have yet to find any downside to using DoctorLogic.

These guys are the ones to chose to project your business differently than any other. If you want it to stand out, project your vision, and be user friendly, this is the company to choose. You will not be disappointed.

They have kept us up to date on the website traffic. They have also helped in placement of keywords, helping us understand what potential patients are looking at when they are on the website, or looking for a doctor. They also helped us integrate the ability of our patients to schedule their own appointments online.

I love our weekly status meetings, they're always informative and collaborative.

It would be great to be able to check on the status of requests through an online portal

Make sure that you have the assets and art ready for your website. They are amazing but only you can provide the on the ground assets.

We are both launching new websites and updating existing ones. They've helped us master our SEO and given great recommendations on how to keep our positioning stable.

I like how ahead of the curve they are and how incredibly easy they are to work with.

There isn't much to dislike. They aren't the cheapest around but you get what you pay for and I have not been disappointed.

They keep me ahead of the curve when dealing with marketing, SEO, website. They come up with answers that I didn't even know I had questions for.
