I have only used it in onboarding, and when setting up my healthcare within the company, but so far so good! Everything is smooth, easily-accessible, and intuitive to use - moving through onboarding documents and HR processes is quick and easy.
So far so good! Nothing to dislike, although, my experience has been limited to my past six months with this organization.
As a remote worker, it facilitates HR forms-signing and onboarding processes in a situation where I will likely never meet 'head office' or most other staff in person. I am able to quickly and effectively access, read, and sign important internal documents with little hassle.

It would be convenient to develop a financial integration where payroll can be generated so the platform would be more complete and we would have everything in a single system.

It is a very comprehensive solution, we are looking for a tool where we manage to centralize all the information of our employees and we guarantee that it is updated because with the invitation that is sent to their email so that they opened their employee account provides them the opportunity to update or add additional information, with this tool we have reduced costs in paperwork because we forgot the old forms in physical now we have a very efficient online system, which is compatible with mobile devices and we can access that information from anywhere at any time, on the other hand because it allows integrations we have resolved to complement it with a backup generator for some contingency. Tracking number of time off days remaining is easy to see. It is flexible enough to accommodate for all our different kinds of flex days, out of office days, work from home days, etc.
Requesting time off feature is easy.
Having access to documents provided by from HR (employment letter, employee policy) is easy to find and access at any point in time
There isn't a lot I don't like about Collage. It would be nice to have a mobile app (for iOS) which would make it a lot easier to request time off on the fly. One other issue I've had is my link to google login doesn't like to work.
If you are a small to medium sized business, Collage is great to use as an HR software. My understanding is Collage is cost efficient for smaller businesses and startups, which is always a perk to get ahead with having a system.
We didn't used to have an HR system, so asking for information was always difficult. Since we implemented Collage, as an employee (user), it's definitely much easier to find information using a system, tracking vacation days, etc. Since our company is so flexible, we have a lot of flex days, work from home days, which is easy to track. Everyone's time off or work from home time is linked to our group PTO calendar, which makes it easy to plan for team workload when we can see when everyone is taking time off.

I was able to onboard virtually and sign all the required forms in Collage HR
Some companies have adapted to unlimited vacation, but this is currently not in Collage HR
