Great platform and easy to use.

What do you like best about Chamaileon?

I love the ability to completely customize our newsletter to follow our brand.

What do you dislike about Chamaileon?

I wish we had the ability to send direct emails from the platform.

What problems is Chamaileon solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were having trouble effectively reaching all of our team members with our newsletter. Having the mobile format has eliminated that obstacle.

So much more! Chamaileon is the best email template building software I've ever used

What do you like best about Chamaileon?

Chamaileon makes it so easy to build templates in a flexible and "bullet-proof" way. I no longer spend hours cross-browser (well, email-client) testing emails. Our team has been able to get up-to-speed so quickly and this tool has drastically sped up our email-creation process, allowed us to send WAY more emails (and more impactful ones), and finally have the capability to dip our toes into more advanced email practices (personalization, dynamic, etc,)

What do you dislike about Chamaileon?

Honestly, I do not dislike anything about Chamaileon. I regularly provide feedback and they are constantly making the app better -- my current wish lists: be able to create "Plain Text" looking emails more easily, have saved blocks be truly "reusable" (so we can build out our Design System fully on it) - I know they are working on something like this now though, and being able to customize things like text alignment differently on desktop vs. mobile (although there are ways around this that work just fine right now)

Recommendations to others considering Chamaileon?

- The overhead of building bullet-proof emails (Chamaileon saves us so much time)

- The learning curve of building templates (Chamaileon makes it so easy)

Fantastic solution for poorly designed EMS'

What do you like best about Chamaileon?

The way the system is set up, it fully integrates with several EMS' and is a fantastic solution to any email campaign. Their customer service is great as well, and pricing isn't bad.

What do you dislike about Chamaileon?

The only drawback I found was you don't have access to the HTML because they use their own markup language. Besides that, being a Hungarian company, there is a bit of a time difference, but not too bad.

What problems is Chamaileon solving and how is that benefiting you?

They were great when I was using Pardot as the main EMS. They came alongside Pardot and gave me the ability to build, design, and improve my emails all around. Love the platform.

Newsletters have never been so easy!

What do you like best about Chamaileon?

I absolutely love how user-friendly the platform is! It is so easy to create new content blocks and create beautiful designs. We export our designs straight to Mailchimp, and it is super easy to navigate. We used to pay developers to code our email templates and now we don't have to!

What do you dislike about Chamaileon?

The main thing we dislike about the platform is the fact we can't upload our brand fonts. It is a big reason we don't use Chamaileon for all our edms. If this was changed we would definitely think about purchasing an enterprise package.

What problems is Chamaileon solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is great to not have to communicate with a developer every time we want to change the template of our EDM. It makes the process much more straight forward and easy.

Easy to Learn - I think anyone is capable to use Chamaileon despite there professional background.

What do you like best about Chamaileon?

As a graphic designer I appreciate how convenient Chamaileon is. I was able to learn the program very easily & received great customer service when I asked for help.

What do you dislike about Chamaileon?

I have run into recent issues with the disable in mobile and desktop modes. Sometimes mobile sections are shown in desktop when they are supposed to be turned off.

Chamaileon has been an excellent tool for our companies Marketing needs. We have been able to quickly create templates and make sure our information is presentaré in a profesional and easy to digest manner.

If using Outlook, just use the send test mail to get your email and share it within your company

Great Service

What do you like best about Chamaileon?

It is very easy and user-friendly to use. It gives a nice and professional touch and feel to my business when sending emails directly to my client base. Highly recomend

What do you dislike about Chamaileon?

I dont think there is anything that I disliked about the service. I found it very easy and useful as when trying out other companies, they were very hard to use. I found this one to be the easiest.

Chamaileon makes email design and handling very easy compared to other providers. I found others very difficult to use which was challenging as it was so CHamaileon fixed that for me.
