I was trying Castr.io for some upcoming projects and I got really surprised with their software, the usability and all the options that offers this service. Also, I want to thank the customer service, because has been really useful and it helps me out to make the test I was planning to do.

So far, I haven't found anything I don't like.

I want to broadcast with non-standardized 360 cameras and the service is working super well for me.

Castr is very user-friendly for anyone new to our church sound booth. It is easy to understand, teach, and implement for new volunteers. Anytime we have issues, the customer support is always great to work with. We use it every week, so we definitely rely heavily on it!

For some reason, when we toggle on Youtube, it automatically begins the livestream on that channel (We stream to YT and Facebook).

Castr allows us to stream our church services on multiple platforms. It allows us to stream our in-house service for any regular attendees who miss, as well as people searching for a church.

I like their deidcated support which helps resolve all issues within a minutes.

Platform itself is really easy to use and implement.

With recent update they've brought some really interesting functions.

Definitelly worth to look into it if you are looking to start streaming or streaming already.

There is nothing to type here, using castr for some time already and I am happy with them since the start.

One improvement point: Customer service should have a higher level of product knowledge.

Castr.io allows us to multistream to all the platforms we need, allowing us to focus on the content and trusting that each broadcast will be secure through their service.

Castr offers a wide range of features that truly enhance the viewing experience. The platform gives users the ability to stream their favorite live events, webinars, conferences, and video content effortlessly.

There is nothing that we dislike about this streaming services. It is incredible and their technology is awesome.

The problems that Castr has solved for my company is that this platform gives a flexibility of streaming that we have been looking for years.

Th cost of Castr puts it into a league of it's own. Pay for for you need or add on extra features as your stream grows.

I've been using Castr for about three years - It would be nice it there could be a product in between the cheaper package and the higher-end packages - Because realistically, if I only need the service for 1 day a week - I can't justify the jump in pricing.

Castr resolves our distribution - It allows us to push our feeds to a single source and then distribute content from there out to many more stream providers on various social networks.

We have been using Castr for the last three years now and have been impressed by its reliability and consistency for such an affordable system. Once or twice, I have needed help with something and found the customer service responsive and professional. I have recommended Castr to many colleagues and would do so again.

We have not found anything to dislike about Castr.

Our church did not have the available bandwidth to stream to Facebook and YouTube simultaneously. Castr made it easy, as well as providing a simple way to stream directly to a widget on our website. It does not require ongoing configuration and so it is invisible to our user running the stream. They just turn OBS on and almost immediately, YouTube and Facebook begin receiving data.

We have been using castr for 2 years and have not had any problems with our video broadcast on KUAW-Radio. The support has been great even identifying trouble in our equipment that was causing a problem with our stream. Their support people worked with us as if they were a part of our team. If there is anything I would like to have access to platforms like Instagram.

Castr is continually updating the app and improving the service.

We use Facebook live streaming. We use a static key, only available when using your service. Good pricing and great customer service.

Better than other streaming services.

Nothing, it's great. I have had some connection issues in the past, but that is resolved by upgrading our equipment. I don't know of anything else that would make my technical life any better!

Castr enables other parishioners to do the video livestream. Otherwise I would need to do everything myself as the only techie available.

We have a dedicated crew and audience.

We use the product to stream our workshop tu multiple destinations and it works very well, also in combination with other third party platforms to reach the maximum audience.

We cannot find properly things to dislike since the platform fits our need. Since we are a noprofit we would like to gest some discount for organizations in our sector.

We need to stream our online workshop to multiple channel like website, social profiles etc and it fits perfectly our needs so we can reach a broader audience. Great.
