What do you like best about Boomerangme?

incredible quality of features, wide range of features to fit each local business, the way the implement new featurs fast, ease of use, excellent customer support and that the first prospect we showed it to became our client!

What do you dislike about Boomerangme?

I haven't found anything I didn't like as the people behind Boomerangme listen to their clients and introduce new features fast.

The support and overall team is by far the best to work with. And the software works as expected.

What do you dislike about Boomerangme?

Integrations can be difficult if they are not built in natively, but they are always adding more, however, they offer integration support and get it done within a week on a case by case basis.

What do you like best about Boomerangme?

I'm blown away by the service and how fast customer service is. Many questions came up during the setup process, and all of them were replied fast and with the precise details I needed. I am very happy to have found Boomerangme.

What do you dislike about Boomerangme?

I wished I could charge clients in different currencies according to the subaccount location.

What problems is Boomerangme solving and how is that benefiting you?

To attract new clients as a starter package. It will allow me to upsell other services later.

What do you like best about Boomerangme?

This is a great service for small businesses and the team is working very fast to accommodate feature expansion. They have an active community and a passionate CEO dedicated to the software's success.

The app itself is easy to use and very intuitive. Integrations are being built over time so the app will become more sticky as they go.

Customer support is very good via both email and Facebook group.

What do you dislike about Boomerangme?

No real downsides of using the app but you must be patient with feature requests. It's growing fast and priority is maintaining a stable and functional core product.

BoomerangMe helps with customer acquisition and retention. It's been great as an innovative solution for my end clients

What do you like best about Boomerangme?

It feels wonderful to walk into a locally owned business and KNOW that I have a prodoct that will help their business grow.

In addition, the support received by Boomerangme's support team is outstanding. They WANT me to succeed and it shows.

What do you dislike about Boomerangme?

The training tools are a little disjointed. I wish it were easier to find tech training videos. But I can tell they are improving this so as of Dec 2023 it's a irritation. But I bet ya, this will be resolved in no time.

What problems is Boomerangme solving and how is that benefiting you?

Boomerangme is ALWAYS making updates and improvements. Not only do they listen and resolve issues as they pop up. They also make it easy to request new features, vote for other people's ideas, and to track where develpment is. It's exciting.

What do you like best about Boomerangme?

Boomerangeme solves a real problem and has huge potential. The use case is more than valid. They provide a multitude of cards: stamp, coupon, bonus, membership, reward, multi-pass, discount, cashback adding new features regularly. Close contact to the team gives the feeling of impact on the roadmap and the support is super responsive and knowledgeable.

They offer a powerful white-label solution.

What do you dislike about Boomerangme?

Full focus as standalone solution leaves room for improvement for integrations into other POS - which is the core market.

Translation and customization possibilities are limited.

Very easy to use and understand. Solid features and solid performance. Developers add new features every week.

What do you dislike about Boomerangme?

It needs some work on the integration side with POS Technologies, but the list of integrations is growing steadily.

What problems is Boomerangme solving and how is that benefiting you?

To create your own customer loyalty card solution, the same as what the big guys are using. You do not need any programming or coding skills and it will not break the bank. Very affordable.

Boomerangme offers eight versatile card types, including Stamp, Multi-pass, Cash-back, Certificate, Coupon, Membership, Discount, and Rewards Cards, allowing businesses to create engaging and effective loyalty programs. Plus the new Prospecting Tool saving time & money.

What do you dislike about Boomerangme?

Gateway Integration: The API integration for popular payment gateways like Stripe and Paypal is straightforward. However, I had an issue with integrating the payment gateway to display sales tax (VAT). But,support have assured me that this concern is being addressed. The back office takes a little getting used to but most is very straigt forward.

What problems is Boomerangme solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Convenience: Boomerangme addresses the inconvenience associated with traditional paper-based loyalty cards. Users can access and use digital loyalty cards stored on smartphones without carrying physical cards.

3. Accessibility: Boomerangme ensures constant accessibility to digital loyalty cards as long as customers have their smartphones. This accessibility promotes active participation in loyalty programs.
