The platform was self explenatory and easy to manage.

I do not anything that I dislike about BenefitMall Employee Focus. I was very sad to learn that they will discontue their services.

I used the platform also for payroll and time management system.

I like that the staff do everything themselves and I do not have to enter everything individually. What they choose is what they get. I loved the ease when we had it.

Limited Training Resources: BenefitMall's training resources were somewhat limited, especially for new employees or administrators joining our organization at that time. Comprehensive training materials or tutorials would have helped our team members fully utilize platform's capabilites from the outset.

Access to HR Expertise: Small and medium sized businesses like us may lack dedicated HR personnel, leading to challenges in handling HR-related tasks. BenefitMall's Employer Focus provides access to HR experts who can offer guidance on various HR issues, including compliance, employee onboarding, policies and employee relations.

HR Support provided by BenefitMall was a significant advantage for our organization. Their experts were knoledgeable, approachable and always ready to assist with any HR related questions or challenges. From employee onboarding to compliance management,their guidance was instrumental in maintaining a complaint and productive workforce.

Limited Integration Options:

One major drawback I experienced was the limited integration options with our existing HR and accountingsystems. I hoped for more seamless integration options with our current software to avoid duplicating data entry and streamline our overall business processes.
