I had a Technical Problem and the Customer Support person clearly cared about helping me to resolve it as quickly as possible.

I have never got a quicker response once I reached out for assistance. The suggestions that were given to me lead me to find what appears to be the source of my problems.

I have had major problems with fraud attempts on my credit card, which resulted 1n cancellations of several cards. On each occasion, I called Admiral support and got help from Kieran and Sara. Both were very helpful, patient, and courteous and were a pleasure to work with. Both are real assets to Admiral.

Admiral went out of their way to help me with my issue. In the end, I solved the problem myself, but I appreciate all the time & effort put into my one on one appointment. Nice one, Admiral! Kieran was top-notch!!

I couldn’t have asked for more professional service than I received from Kieran Diaz!
I had subscribed to a local paper, but wasn’t getting it. I contacted Admiral for help. Kieran worked on my concerns and issues for a couple of weeks until she finally found the issues that I had created myself. Everything is working great now. Thanks to Kieran, and her persistence to help, I am now getting my paper

After trying for almost 24 hours to login to American News Paper, I was finally connected to a Representative name Kieran Diaz that was able to resolve the problem within 15 minutes, He was Professional, Patient and helpful.
