Over time alerts: Some of our employees work over time every week. I want to be able to set different caps for different people. And when we do get alerts, we get them every time they clock in. We only need one alert. Otherwise, with 30 employees always working over time, that's too many notifications.

Honestly, I haven't ran into an issue in 7 shifts. All around it's a great platform. No complaints from us. Maybe a quicker response from the support team in the chat but that's about it.

Scheduling. 7shifts helps keep scheduling organized. Time clocking is very beneficial and keeping track of hours worked. Business performance has definitely increased.

The software is very user-friendly and intuitive. We love that they take our feedback and make changes and improvements when needed. This is one of the easiest softwares we use.
The price is high compared to its competitors and the additional charges for add-ons is annoying. Most of their aggressive competitors have one fee for everything and are willing to work with you if you have multiple businesses.

Not having a cohesive way to communicate to staff. I don't always like to text them, but this is a clear "Hey this is work" alert which I like!

It makes communication with the team easy, everyone knows what assignments they have as well as many tools to trade, ask for time off, review shifts, etc. 7shifts has massively saved time with scheduling and also is a great form of communication with staff.
Nothing comes to mind, it takes some tweaking to learn things but it's very intuitive and easy to use once you figure it out.
It saves me from having staff sent texts questioning their assignments and requesting days off. It also has a very easy to read schedule design.
