"Super Intuitive"

What do you like best about 7shifts?

It makes communication with the team easy, everyone knows what assignments they have as well as many tools to trade, ask for time off, review shifts, etc. 7shifts has massively saved time with scheduling and also is a great form of communication with staff.

What do you dislike about 7shifts?

Nothing comes to mind, it takes some tweaking to learn things but it's very intuitive and easy to use once you figure it out.

What problems is 7shifts solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves me from having staff sent texts questioning their assignments and requesting days off. It also has a very easy to read schedule design.

What do you like best about 7shifts?

It's very easy to use, great UX/UI. The support has always been fast and helpful.

What do you dislike about 7shifts?

I don't have any. It's fantastic and I would happily recommend it!

It makes it easy to manage the scheduling and the payroll is extremely useful for HR. I would say that the solve is just an easy way to do things.

What do you like best about 7shifts?

Easy to use and the futures, I like the fact that with app all my employees can communicate easy, also having notifications about availibity change or requested days off is a plus, no longer have to write it down and losing importan information.

What do you dislike about 7shifts?

Not sure at this point all the funtions we need are there.

What problems is 7shifts solving and how is that benefiting you?

Have availibities and days off requested added to schedules automtically is great, no more write them down in a piece of paper that normaly would get lost.

Labor budget tools to help get the right number of employees. Announcements are great for communicating with everyone.

Not many downsides in my experience but I also need to learn all the features better.

Always coming out with new features to help improve and make things easier.

Announcements: Ability to send to specific departments and get read receipts.

What do you dislike about 7shifts?

Over time alerts: Some of our employees work over time every week. I want to be able to set different caps for different people. And when we do get alerts, we get them every time they clock in. We only need one alert. Otherwise, with 30 employees always working over time, that's too many notifications.

Recommendations to others considering 7shifts:

Be patient. While all the features you require may not be available, they are always building.

Communication and collaboration. GMs can collaborate on their schedules.

What do you like best about 7shifts?

Scheduling platform, labor and sales, time clocking! It's an all in one and amazing. Makes life a whole lot easier at work. Easy to communicate with the team and keep track of employees feedback.

What do you dislike about 7shifts?

Honestly, I haven't ran into an issue in 7 shifts. All around it's a great platform. No complaints from us. Maybe a quicker response from the support team in the chat but that's about it.

Scheduling. 7shifts helps keep scheduling organized. Time clocking is very beneficial and keeping track of hours worked. Business performance has definitely increased.

What do you like best about 7shifts?

Very intuitive for training managers and new hires. Love that is sincs with the POS system.

What do you dislike about 7shifts?

Depending on your notification setup it can be very overwhelming how many messages you as the manager can receive.

By letting 7shifts integrate with our POS system it has changed things alot.

What do you like best about 7shifts?

The software is very user-friendly and intuitive. We love that they take our feedback and make changes and improvements when needed. This is one of the easiest softwares we use.

What do you dislike about 7shifts?

The price is high compared to its competitors and the additional charges for add-ons is annoying. Most of their aggressive competitors have one fee for everything and are willing to work with you if you have multiple businesses.

7 Shifts solves the problem of accountability when scheduling. This helps us hold our managers accountable for labor hours and get great feedback from our teams on how our managers are doing.

What do you like best about 7shifts?

Free app for staff, it's easy to use, clarity, ease of scheduling and plenty of good short cuts! Plus the messaging is A++!

What do you dislike about 7shifts?

Not much- even the base model is sufficient for needs!

Recommendations to others considering 7shifts:

It's great for small businesses that need more than an excel spreadsheet to schedule! Made my life so easy- tracking hours and OT, seeing events and planning across departments.

What problems is 7shifts solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not having a cohesive way to communicate to staff. I don't always like to text them, but this is a clear "Hey this is work" alert which I like!
